5. Montgomery GI Bill - Expansion of the Montgomery G.I. Bill to include graduate study.
6. Bottom-Up Review - Independent study of the Force Structure thus putting a hold on the "Bottom's Up" Review.
7. Pay Raise - 2.2% pay raise for all military personnel.
8. COLA Raise - 2.6% COLA raise for retirees.
9. Drug Interdiction - ARNG 123.4 million for personnel; ANG 28.9 million for personnel; ARNG 100 million for miscellaneous equipment; ANG 50 million for miscellaneous equipment.
10. Military Construction - ARNG 302.719 million; ANG 247.491 million.
11. Transition Benefits - extended to 30 September 1999.
12. Bonuses - Extended until 30 September 1995.
13. Defense Appropriations - 5 Million for funding of Urban Youth and Conservation Corps Camp. Continued funding of Challenge, Star Base, CCC and JROTC. 3 million to be made available for MEDRETS Program.
14. RC SOF Units - Direct restoration of RC SOF Units proposed by DoD for reduction.
